WHO IS COACHING FOR?

Coaching is for anyone who faces decisions around their next step or wants to change direction at any stage in their life.  I have experience of working with people from across life who are voluntarily or by force dealing with change.   My clients have included people in the situation of:

looking for purpose or balance in life;

wanting to progress through their career;

returning to work;

facing restructure or redundancy;

stress or anxiety at home or work;

lacking confidence;

life change; or

students about to enter the world of work.
